Responsibilities
- Answering phones in professional manner
- Collecting and scheduling payments
- Calling current and former borrowers for solicitation
- Inputting customer information for applications
- Preparing and organizing loan folders
- Following checklist for required loan documents
- Calling other companies to confirm payment history
- Calling employers to verify employment
- Writing checks at direction of manager
- Build customer relationships
- Attends required offsite meetings/trainings
- Any other tasks directed by management
Experience
- Unnecessary, but encouraged
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
